Madhesh Peace University

Madhesh Peace University was established by Madhesh Foundation for Peace and Development on the auspicious occasion of Ramnavami of 2007. It is an informal university and does not intend to give any formal degree in near future. It does not compete with any university, ratjher supplements them. It plans to provvide seminars/ workshops and practical trainings to unemployed peoples in the following areas :

1. Yoga and Meditation

2. Peace education and peaceful coexistence

3. Peaceful disobedience and peaceful agitation

4. Sustainable rural development

5. Informal Literacy Program

6. Social and political awareness
